All QDRO Preparation Service fees include:

• Initial and subsequent conference calls with you and /or your attorney.

• Submission of a proposed QDRO to the Plan Administrator for review.

• Weekly updates as required.

• Consultations to pre-approve the QDRO with the Plan Administrator.

• Recommended revisions from the Plan Administrator.

• Procedures for you to obtain a judge's signature and file the QDRO with the court.

• 100% Guaranteed Plan Administrator Approval.
